Resolution 08265,30 3 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 5265 APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 3608, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN, AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY j2115 CENTRAL AVENUE) WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council on July 2, 1974, a Tentative Map of that certain proposed condominium subdividion known as Tract 3608, a 10- unit condominium conversion project located at 7115 Certral Avenue; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code, Gold Coast Properties No. 1, a limited partnership comprised of Donald W. Lindsey, Jack F. Gallagher and O. B. Bitner, Subdivider herein, has presented to this Council a Final Map cf the said condominium subdivision known as Tract 3608; and WHEREAS, said Subdivider has entered into an agreement with the City to construct and complete certain improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk its bond in the amount of $2,500.00 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance with said Article; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 3608 be and hereby is approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction' and completion of the improve- ments in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is approved, and the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of 62,500.00, guaranteeing full and faithful performance of the subdivider's said improvements construction. contract, is hereby approved as sufficient in amount. * * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City cf Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of October, 1974, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Corica, Hurwitz, and President La Croix, Jr., (4).
