CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8266
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONSULTATION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
ARUTUNIAN/KINNEY ASSOCIATES, INC. IN CONNECTION WITH PLANNING
AND DESIGN OF NORTHSIDE PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk
he, and each hereby is authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively, on
behalf of the City, that certain proposed consultation services agreement with Arutunian/Kinney
Associates, Inc., a corporation, which provides for preparation of working drawings, specifica-
tions and other bid documents necessary and desirable for the development of Northside Park,
said agreement to he substantially in the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk
and marked, 'Filed, October 1, 1974."
