ACCEPTING PROPOSAL AS AGREEMENT
(M. A. G. Consultants, Inc.)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the proposal of M. A. G.
Consultants, Inc., dated September 4, 1974, a cony of which is attached, to prepare a Noise
Element for the General Plan of the City of Alameda, is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said proposal and this acceptance shall consttute the
contract of the parties hereto.
