AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the claim agairst the City
heretofore on October 22, 1974, filed by Charles Delgado, whose address is 898 Laurel Street,
Alameda, California, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claim is not a proper charge
against the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice

"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you presented
to the City of Alameda on October 22, 1974, was rejected
or November 19, 1974.

from the date of this notice was personally delivered
or deposited in the mail to file a court action on this
claim. See Government Code Section 945.6.
You may seek the advice of an attorney of your choice
in connection with this matter. If you desire to consult
