APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 1367 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 2201
CLEMENT AVENUE, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, AND PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF (KNUPPE DEVELOPMENT CO., INC)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEUA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1,
Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No, 1367, being a division of the property located at 2201
Clement Avenue, in the City of Alameda, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board,
all public improvements thereon having been satisfactorily completed, and is hereby approved
and permission given to record said Map.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of December, 1971, , by the following vote, to wit:
