CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8294
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and City
Clerk he, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, that certain proposed contract with . sing Authority of the City
of Alameda, acting as a sub-agent of the City, fnr the purpose of administering the Comprehensive
Manpower Program under the 1973 Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA), said contract
to be substantially in the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked
"Filed December 17, 1974.'

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of December, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
