APPOINTING CARTER J. STROUD AS CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY CF
ALAMEDA
BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that CARTER J. STROUD be and hereby
is appointed to the office of City Attorney of the City of Alameda, said appointment to take
effect on December 18, 1974, and upon qualification es provided in Section 2-9 cf the City
Charter.
