CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8305
APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE PENSION BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions
of Section 3 of Ordinance No, 1079 New Series, as amended by Ordinance No, 1085 New Series,
of the City of Alameda, the election of EDWARD B. SMITH by the membership of the Fire Department
is approved, and he is hereby appointed to the office of trustee of the Pension Board of the
City of Alameda for a term commencing on January 1, 1975 and expiring December 31, 1977, and
to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
21st day of January, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Corica, Hurwitz, McCall and President La Croix, Jr'., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
