Resolution 08314d CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION 80. 8314 INVITING PROPOSALS FOR DISPOSITION OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY (JACKSON STREET FIRE STATION) DE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that proposals are hereby invited from interested persons for the contemplated disposition by the City of property commonly designated as the Jackson Street Fire Station, all in strict accordance with that certain document on file in the office of the City Clerk entitled 'Invitation for Informational Proposals for Sale of Real Property Known as Fire Station 44, Alameda, California" a copy of which document may be obtained upon request by any person desiring to submit a proposal, * * * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of March, 1975, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Eeckam, Corica, Hurwitz and McCall, (4).
