Resolution 08320CITY OF ALMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8320 ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING 70 THE CITY OF ALAMEDA EIGHT (8) INTERMEDIATE PATROL CARS, FIVE (5) COMPACT SEDANS AND ONE (1) SUB-COMPACT SEDAN, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda item A, Eight (A) Intermediate Patrol Cars; Item B. Five (5) Compact Sedans for Various City Departments; and Item C. One (1) Sub-compact Sedan for Purchasing Department, No. MSP 3-75-1, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 18, 1975, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted. 80 IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda hill receive sealed bids up to the hour of 2:00 o'clock p.m. on MONDAY, MARCH 24, 1975, for furnishing to the City of said cars, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked en the outside, "Proposal fur Eight (8) Intermediate Patrol Cars, Five (5) Compact Sedans, and One (1) Sub-compact Sedan," or similar designation. Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter cf said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions, * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and reguarly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of March, 1975, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmen Corica, Hurwitz, McCall and President Le Croix, Jr., (4).
