ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA ONE
(1) ONE AND ONE-HALF TON DUMP TRUCK AND ONE (1) THREE QUARTER TON
PICK-UP TRUCK WITH UTILITY BODY
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions
for furnishing to the City of Alameda,
Item 71. One (1) One and One-Half Ton Dump Truck for the
Street Department;
Item 72: One (1) Three Quarter Ton Pick-up Truck with
Utility Body for the Street Department,
No, MSP 4-75-3, filed in the office of the City Clerk on April 1, 1975, be, end the same are hereby
approved and adopted.
SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will received sealed bids
up to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a,m: on MONDAY, APRIL 21, 1975, for furnishing to the City of said
trucks, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must he presented to the City
Clerk, in the City Nall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside,
"Proposal for One (1) One and One-Half Tcn Dump Truck and One (1) Three Quarter Ton Pick-Up Truck
with Utility Body," or similar designation,
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid, The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids,
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions.
