APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT NO,
3622 AND APPROVING DELETION FROM CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT OF WASHING
MACHINE REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative
Map of that certain proposed condominium conversion subdivision known as Tract 3622; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code,
West Coast Investors 1971, a California limited partnership, Subdivider herein, has presented to
this Council a Final Map of the said condominium subdivision known as Tract 3622; and
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the City Engineer, the Council hereby approves
the deletion from the City Engineer's Report of September 13, 1974, of the requirement that
twelve washing machines per building must he provided; and
WHEREAS, no public improvements in said subdivision are required;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final
Map of Tract 3622 be and hereby is approved.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
