APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT.( OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions
of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
JOSEPH DUREIN is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Public Utilities Board cf
the City of Alameda for a term expiring on June 30, 1976, and to serve until his successor
is appointed and is qualified.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assendiled on the
