CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8343
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ITALO
A. CALPESTRI, III FOR DESIGN OF A STARTER BUILDING AND GOLF CART
STORAGE BUILDING FOR THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSF
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Golf Commission, the City desires to design
a Starter Building and Golf Cart Storage Building for the Alameda Municipal Golf Course, and for
such purpose requires the services of a competent and qualified architect; and
WHEREAS, Italo A. Calpestri, III, is a duly licensed architect, has represented he
has the professional competence and ability to provide such services and the City relies there-
upon, and deems it in the best public interest to obtain his services; and
WHEREAS, a form of contract between the City and said architect has been submitted,
by which said services arc to be rendered, and which encompasses the naturc, extent and scope
thereof, and this Council is informed of the contents of said agreement,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City
Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City, that certain proposed
architectural services agreement hereinabove referred to, as filed in the office of the City
Clerk and marked "Filed, May 6, 1975," and said Clerk is directed to attest to same.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meetlng assembled on the
6th day of May, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
