APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 1569 FOR DIVISION OF PARCEL 1 OF PARCEL
MAP NO. 1367, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF
(JOHN BENT7EN, SUBDIVIDER)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 1569, heretofore accepted and approved by the
Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same, subject
to the conditions set forth in the City Enaineer's report to the City Planning Board of the City
of Alameda dated December 2, 1974, and conditioned upon the City Engineer's office holding
said map until pertinent easement recording data is available for placing on the final map.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in an adjourned regular meeting
assembled on the 27th day of Map, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
