Resolution 08361CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8361
AMENDING THE AMENDED GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970
WHEREAS, pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Act of 1970 (Secs. 21000 and following,
Public Resources Code of California) the Secretary of the State Resources Agency has amended the
guidelines required by said Act, said guidelines having been adopted by Resolution No. 8046 on
April 3, 1973, and amended by Resolutions No. 8163 and 8260; and
WHEREAS, Section 21082 of said Code provides that all public agencies shall adoot
objectives, criteria and procedures for the evaluation of projects (as defined in said Act) and the
preparation of environmental impact reports pursuant thereto, which objectives, criteria and proce-
dures shall be consistent with said Act and with the guidelines adopted by said Secretary of the
Resources Agency,
NOM THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 09 ALAMEDA that the document
entitled, "Amended Guidelines for the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act
of 1970," is hereby amended by adding, amending and repealing certain sections of said Guidelines,
all as set forth in the document attached hereto, denominated Exhibit 'A", which exhibit is hereby
made a part of this Resolution as if fully set forth at this point.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 'Amended Guidelines for the Implementation of the California
Environmental Quality Act of 1970," as amended and adopted this date shall be as set forth in the
document attached hereto and denominated Exhibit "8".

3rd day of June, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
