CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8370
CONFIRMING REPORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS IN THE MATTER
OF THE REPAIR OF SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS 2329 EAGLE
AVENUE, AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF LIEN ON SAID
PROPERTY WITH CITY ASSESSOR AND CITY TAX COLLECTOR
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has filed with the City Council his report on
the repair by the City of the sidewalk in front of the real property known as 2329 Eagle Avenue,
Alameda, California, said report setting forth the cost of such repairs as being in the amount of
555.24, no part of which has been paid; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly given, said Council did hold a hearing on said matter
for the purpose of examining and considering said renort; and
WHEREAS, said Council is fully advised in the premises;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the itemized
statement of the expense submitted by the Superintendent of Streets in the aforesaid matter be,
and the same is hereby confirmed.
BE IT RESOLVED that said Superintendent of Streets be, and he is hereby, directed to
prepare a Notice of Lien on the prcperty known as 2329 Eagle Avenue, Alameda, California, in the
amount of $55.24, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 5626 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California, and to file said Notice of Lien with the City Assesscr and City
Tax Collector for collection of the amount of said lien pursuant to the provisions of Section 5628
cf said Streets and Highways Code.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of June, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
