APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 1648 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CALHOUN AND PEACH STREETS, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA,
AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF (ANNABELLE L. ARADA,SUBDIVIUR)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 1640, heretofore accepted and approved by the
Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same, subject to
the conditions set forth in City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board dated April 16, 1975,
and the provisions set forth in the City Planning Board's report to the City Council dated
May 20, 1975.
