ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
COIN COLLECTION OF ON-STREET AND OFF-STREET PARKING METERS,
CALLING FOR BIOS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions
for furnishing to the City of Alameda Coin Collection of On-Street and Off-Street Parking Meters,
No, MSP 7-75-6, filed ir the office of the City Clerk on July 1, 1975, be, and the same are hereby
approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City cf Alameda will receive sealed bids
up to the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. on MONDAY, JULY 7, 1975, for furnishing to the City of said
coin collection, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions, Bids must he presented
to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California under sealed cover and plainly marked
on the outside, 'Proposal for Coin Collection of On-Street and Off-Street Forking Meters," or
similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of
said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and hest bid. The right is reserved
to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice
calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Speci-
fications and Provisions.
