AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH ENVICOM CORPORATION IN
CONNECTION WITH PREPARATION OF SEISMIC SAFETY AND SAFETY
ELEMENTS OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Envicom Corporation for its services relating to prep-
aration of Seismic Safety and Safety Elements of the General Plan of the City of Alameda has been
submitted to this Council, and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions
thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City cf Alameda that said agreement be entered
into;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of
the City is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda,
that certain agreement referred to above by and between Envicom Corporation and the City of Alameda
for its services relating to preparation cf Seismic Safety and Safety Elements of the General Plan
of the City of Alameda. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of July, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
