APPEALS _
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the appointment by the
Mayor, pursuant to Section 204 of the Alameda Building Code, of DONALD J. BELL as a member of
the Building Code Board of Appeals, to hold such office at the pleasure of the Mayor, is
hereby acknowledged.
