CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8399
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND HEROML' AKAGI,
DOING BUSINESS AS ALAMEDA DELICATESSEN, RELATING TO OPERATION CF
PARKS REFRESHMENT CONCESSION
WHEREAS, an agreement between City and Heromu Akagi, doing business as Alameda Deli-
catessen, relating to the operation of the refreshment concession at Washington Park, Lincoln
Park and Krusi Park, iR the City of Alameda, has been proposed; and,
WHEREAS, a form of such agreement has been filed with the City Clerk and this Council
is informed on the contents thereof; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City and of the public that said agreement
be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the terms,
agreements and conditions of said proposed agreement between the City and Heromu Akagi, doing
business as Alameda Delicatessen, be and hereby are approved, said agreement to be substantially
in the form of that filed in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, August 5, 1975."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City, the aforesaid agreement, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to
same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of August, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
