BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 9,
Title III, of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon the written recommendation of the Auditor and
ex-officio Assessor, it is hereby ordered the following personal property taxes heretofore
erroneously levied be cancelled:

Amount Cancelled: $228.52
