CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8422
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS WITH JOHN TREMOULIS AND
ELAINE COSTELLO FOR PERSONAL SERVICES (ASSOCIATE PLANNERS)
(UNDER HUD 701 PROGRAM)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Mananer and the
City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, agreements with John Tremoulis and Elaine Costello by which the latter
will provide assistance to the City's Planning Department in the revision of the Land Use
Element, initiating Area Planning, and completing studies related to the Housing Element, said
agreements to be substantially in the form of those on file in the office of the City Clerk and
marked, "Filed, October 7, 1975."

regularly adopted by the Council cf the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th
day of October, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
