APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE GOLF COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 2-321
and following of the Alameda Municipal Code, ANTHONY J. BERTERO is hereby appointed tc the office
of member of the Golf Commission of the City of Alameda, for a four-year term commencing on
October 1, 1975, and expiring September 30, 1979, and to serve until his successor is appointed
and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
7th day of October, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diaient, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5),
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
