CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8430
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH WYLE LABORATORIES IN
CONNECTION WITH PREPARATION OF NOISE CONTOURS AND RELATED
CONSULTING SERVICES
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Wyle Laboratorts for its services relating to
preparation of noise contours and related consulting services has been submitted to this Council
and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda that said agreement be
entered into
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor
of the City is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda,
that certain agreement referred to above by and between Wyle Laboratcries and the City of Alameda for
its services relating to preparation of noise contours and related consulting services. The
City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
7th day of October, 1975, by the following vote to wit:
