CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8431
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES WITH RATCLIFF, SLAMA AND CADWALADER CONCERNING POLICE
HEADQUARTERS BUILDING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and each hereby is authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the
city of alameda an Addendum to that certain Architectural Services Agreement with Ratcliff,
Slama and Cadwalader, heretofore executed by said parties pursuant to Resolution No. 8305,
ADOPTED January 21, 1975, said Addendum to be substantially in the form of that filed in the
office of the City Clerk on October 7, 1975, and denominated, "Addendum to Agreement,'

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
7th day of October, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None,
