AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND FREDERICK W,
LEITZ AND JOANNA LEITZ RELATING TO OPERATION OF RESTAURANT
CONCESSION AT MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSES
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City and Frederick W. Leitz and Joanna Leitz
relating to the operation of the refreshmert concession in the restaurant and dining room
located in the Alameda Municipal Golf Course Club House and at the two refreshment stands
situated on the Municipal Golf Courses, has been proposed; and
WHEREAS, a form of such agreement has been filed with the City Clerk and this
Council is informed of the proposed contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interests of the City and of the public that said
agreement be entered into;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the terms,
agreements and conditions of said proposed agreement between the City and Frederick W. Leitz
and Joanna Leitz be and hereby are approved, said agreement to be substantially in the form
of that filed in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Fled, October 23, 1975,"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City, the aforesaid agreement, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same,

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in an adjourned regular meeting
assembled on the 23rd day of October, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5),
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
