RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA IN COMMENDATION
OF POLICE OFFICERS MARK O'CONNELL, EDWARD FERNANDEZ, RANDY KEENAN
ANC MARK VALLERGA
WHEREAS, due to the altertness and initiative displayed by Police Officers MARK
O'CONNELL, EDWARD FERNANDEZ, RANDY KEENAN and MARK VALLERGA, in the performance cf their official
duties, the responsibles for several robberties within the City have been identified and
apprehended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda, for and
on behalf of the people of the City, does hereby commend Police Officers O'Connell, Fernandez,
Keenan and Vallerga for their actions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be presented to each Police
Officer as an expression of appreciation for their meritorious service.
