AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY
OF ALITEDA FOR SHARED RECRUITMENT, TESTING AND SELECTION
OF PERSONNEL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayer and City Clerk
be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on
behalf of the City, a joint powers agreement with the County of Alameda which will provide for
a common personnel recruitment, testing and selection program, as may be requested by City, said
agreement to be substantially in the form of that heretofore placed on file in the office of
the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, November 18, 1975,"

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th
day of November, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
