CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8454
AMENDING SECTION 6 OF RESOLUTION NO. 5472, RELATING TO MONTHLY
RENTAL OF PARKING SPACES IN OFF-STREET LOTS
3E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Section 6 of Resolution No.
5472 of the City of Alameda, as amended by Resolutions Nos. 5684, 6134 and 8106, is hereby
amended to read:
Section 6. There shall be available for rental on a monthly basis, upon
terms, conditions and regulations set cut by the City Manager, thrity-five
(35) parking spaces in Alameda-Central--Site C Parking Lot, twenty-five (25)
spaces in Webster Street--Site W Parking Lot, and twenty-five (25) spaces in
Post Office Court--Site A Parking Lot; provided, however, that such monthly
rental rate shall be not less than Twenty Dollars (S20.00) for each parking
space, paid in advance; and provided further, that such rental shall be
revocable at the will and discretion of the Council of the City cf
Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall be
February 1, 1976.
