CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8457
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAMS & MOCINE IN
CONNECTION WITH PREPARATION OF NOISE ELEMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT FOR NOISE ELEMENT OE THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Williams and Mocine for its services relating to
preparation of the Noise Element of the General Plan of the City of Alameda and the Environmental
Impact Report for said Element has been submitted to this Council, and the Council is fully
informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interst of the City of Alameda that said agreement he
entered into;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of
the City is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda,
that certain agreement referred to above by and between Williams and Mocine and the City of
Alameda for its services relating to preparation of the Noise Element of the General Plan of the
City of Alameda and the Environmental Impact Report for said Element. The City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest to same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of January, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
