AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RELATING TO ADMINISTERING COMPREHENSIVE
MANPOWER PROGRAM UNDER CETA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and City
Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, that certain proposed contract with the Housing Authority of the City of
Alameda, acting as a Sub-agent of the City, for the purpose of administering the Comprehensive
Manpower Program under the 1973 Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA), said contract
to be substantially in the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked
"Filed, January 6, 1976."

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th

Employment Board (ACTED) for the purpose of administering the comprehensive manpower program
under Title X, Public Works and Economic Development Act (passed as Title III of the Emergency
Jobs and Employment Assistance Act of 1974), said contract to be substantially in the form of
that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, January 6, 1976."
