CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 6461
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY TRAINING
AND EMPLOYMENT HOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OE THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and City
Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively
on behalf of the City, that certain proposed contract with the Alameda County Training and
Employment Board (ACTEB) for the purpose of administering the comprehensive manpower program
under Title X, Public Works and Economic Development Act (passed as Title III of the Emergency
Jobs and Employment Assistance Act of 1974), said contract to be substantially in the form of
that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, January 6, 1976."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolutiun was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
Oth day of January, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
