AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF TRAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAY
PATROL
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Highway Patrol requires written training
agreements from any agency participating in their training programs; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Alameda desires from time to tire to
participate in certain training programs sponsored and administered by the California Department
of Highway Patrol; and
WHEREAS, a resolution of the Alameda City Council is required for the 1975-76 and
1976-77 fiscal years,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City
Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign such training agreements when required for the
fiscal years 1975-76 and 1976-77 in the form of that heretofore placed on file in the office of
the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, January 6, 1976." The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest
to same.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of January, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
