CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8471
APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE PENSION BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions
of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1079, New Series, as amended by Ordinance No. 1085 New Series,
of the City of Alameda, the election of GEORGE F. RASMUSSEN by the membership of the Police
Department is approved, and he is hereby appointed to the office of trustee cf the Pension Board
of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on January 1, 1976 and expiring December 31, 1978,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of February, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None,
