REJECTING CLAIM OF DANIEL NICHOLS AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the claim against the City
heretofore on December 23, 1975 filed by Daniel Nichols, whose address is 1813 B. Clinton,
Alameda, California, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds that said claim is not a proper
charge against the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and that
a certified copy of this resolution he mailed to said claimant's attorney Lawrence E. Moll, Kletz
& Moll, Attorneys at Law, 5510 College Avenue, Oakland, California 94618:
"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you presented
to the City of Alameda on December 23, 1975, was rejected
on February 3, 1976.
WARNING
Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months
from the date this notice was personally delivered or
deposited in the mail to file a court action on this claim.
See Government Code Section 945.6.
You may seek the advise of an attorney of your choice in
connection with this matter, If you desire to consult an
attorney, you should dc so immediately."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of February, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
