CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8475
AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF ALAMEDA
FOR RELOCATION ASSISTANCE FOR ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY FOR
POLICE HEADQUARTERS
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda has requested the services of the County of Alameda in
connection with relocation assistance for the acquisition of property for Police Headquarters, such
services to be provided at the expense of the said City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Agency of the County of Alameda is able to perform the
requested services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain
agreement providing for the County's performance of certail relocation assistance services for
the City for the aforesaid project. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of February, 1976, by the following vote, to wit;
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5)•
