CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8481
APPOINTING COMMISSIONER OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Resolution
No. 842, adopted October 7, 1975, and to the provisions of Part 2, Division 24, Health and Safety
Code of California, particularly Sections 34271 and 34272 thereof, GRACE V, DOUGLAS, being a
tenant of said Authority and over 62 years of age, is hereby appointed as a Commissioner of the
Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, for a term commencing on February 3, 1976, and expiring
on May 15, 1978, and to serve until her successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of February, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES; Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None,
