CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8485
APPROVING PARCEL MAP 1821 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY ALONG THE TIDAL
CANAL NORTHERLY OF CLEMENT AVENUE AT APPROXIMATELY WALNUT STREET,
ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF (JOHN BENTZEN)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 1821, being a redivision of parcels 1 and 2 of
Parcel Map No. 1569, located along the Tidal Canal northerly of Clement Avenue at approximately
Walnut Street, in the City of Alameda, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board,
is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record sane, subject to the conditions
set forth in the City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board dated December 23, 1975.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of February, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
