CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 3489
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
PLANNING CORPORATION IN CONNECTION WITH PREPARATION OF
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR COMBINED LAND USE ELEMENT
(LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION AND OPEN SPACE) OF THE GENERAL PLAN
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Environmental Impact Planning Corporation for its
services relating to preparation of an environmental impact report for the Combined Land Use
Element (Land use, transportation and Open Space) of the General Plan of the City of Alameda has
been submitted to this Council, and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms
and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda that said agreement be
entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City
Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda,
that certain agreement referred to above by and between Environmental Impact Planning Corporation
and the City of Alameda for its services relating to Preparation of an environmental impact report
for the Combined Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Alameda. The City Clerk
is hereby directed to attest to same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of February, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Ciament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
