CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 6493
APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE CIVIL SERVICE BOARD
RE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions
of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, JACK C.
BALAZ is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Civil Service Beard of the City of
Alameda for the term ending June 31, 1975, to fill the unexpired term of Charles H. Myers,
resigned, and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
2nd day of March, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
