CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8497
AFFIRMING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO HIGHWAY USERS TAX
FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No, 8435, adopted November 4, 1975, this City approved a
project statement and adopted a budget for the expenditure of funds apportioned from the Highway
Users Tax Fund to Cities for the 1975-76 fiscal year, all in accordance with Section 2106,
Streets and Highways Code of California; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has proposed Amendment No, 1 to said budget,
a copy of which Amendment is on file in the office of said Superintendent of Streets, and which
it is in the best public interest to approve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said
Amendment No. 1 to the budget hereinabove referred to be and hereby is adopted and affirmed,
and Resolution No. 8435 be and hereby is amended accordingly,

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of March, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
