CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8512
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO, 1774 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 18
GARDEN ROAD, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, AND PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF (MERVIN J. SHIELDS AND PAULA V. SHIELDS)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
cf the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No, 1774 being a division of the property located at
18 Garden Road, in the City of Alameda, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board,
is hereby approved and permission given to the subdivider to record same, subject to the
conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board dated
November 26, 1975.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of April, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
