AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO DENTAL CARE SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND CALIFORNIA DENTAL SERVICE
SE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be
and each hereby is authorized to exeoute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City
an amendment, to be effective July 1, 1976, to that certain dental care service agreement with
the California Dental Service, a California corporation, heretofore executed by said parties
pursuant to Resolution No. 8150, adopted January 2, 1974, said amendment to be substantially
in the form of that contract denominated, "Amendment to Agreement," filed in the office of the
City Clerk and marked, "Filed, May 4, 1976."

introduced and adopted hy the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
4th day of May, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
