AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH PARCEL MAP NO. 1907 AND APPROVING
FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY ( DIVISION OF PARCEL 4
OF PARCEL MAP NO. 1445 - SOUTH SHORE CENTER, INC.)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, there has been
presented to this Council a Parcel Map, designated Parcel Map No. 1907, and heretofore conditionally
approved by the Planning Board, being a division of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 1445 (an approximate
one acre parcel located on Shoreline Drive between Willow Street and Park Street), in the City of
Alameda, by South Shore Center, Inc., a Nevada Corporation; and
WHEREAS, said approval by the Planning Board is conditioned upon the execution by
subdivider of an agreement to construct and complete certain public improvements on said property;
and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has entered into such an agreement and has posted its bond guaran-
teeing full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance with said section; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the benefit of the City to have said work performed in accordance
therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the agreement
for the construction and completion of thaimprovemrnts in the division of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map
No. 1445. designated as Parcel Map No. 1907, by South Shore Center,Inc., be, and the same hereby
is, upprn,ed, and the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute, and the City Clerk to
attest, said agreement on behalf of the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $9,700.O0, guaranteeing full and
faithful performance of said aqreement, is hereby approved as sufficient in amount,

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of June, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Deckam, niament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
