CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8536
REJECTING CLAIMS OF RICHARD GRIM AND SHELLY GRIM AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' ALAMEDA. that the claim against the City hereto-
fore on May 26, 1976, filed hy Richard Grim and Shelly Grim, whose address is 1516 Sherman Street,
Alameda, California, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claim is not a proper charge
against the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and that
a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimants attorney Allan C. Miller, ?222 Grove
Street, Berkeley, California 94704:
"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim you presented to the
City of Alameda on May 26, 1976, was rejected on June 15, 1976.
WARNING
Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from the date
of this notice was personally delivered or deposited in the mail to
file a court action on this claim. See Government Code Section
945.6.
You may seek the advice of an attorney of your choice in connection
with this matter. If you desire to consult an attorney, you should
do so immediately."
