CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8540
AUTHORIZING YEAR-END TRANSFERS ON THE BOOKS OF ACCOUNT OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Auditor of the City of
Alameda is hereby authorized to make all necessary transfers upon the hooks of account of said
City to the end that the balance of said eccounts he transferred to the Surplus Account as of
June 30, 1976,

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of June, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5),
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None,
