AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE CITY'S APPLICATION FOR
HCDA FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda has previously submitted an application for funding under
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (HCDA); and
WHEREAS, said application for the 1976-77 Program Year is required to be amended, in
part, by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) before acceptance and approval; and
WHEREAS, certain amendments have been proposed by the City which would prove acceptable
to HUD;
NOW, THEREFORE, 6E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Council
hereby amends the City's application for HCDA funds for the Program Year 1976-77, said amendments
being labeled "Exhibit A - HCDA 1976-77;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said amendments 'Exhibit A - HCDA 1976-77," are attached
hereto and hereby made a part of this resolution.
