APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE 1976-1978 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to and filed with this Council a Capital Improvement
Program representing a financial plan for the 1976-1978 Capital Improvement Program of the City
of Alameda, said program being entitled "Capital Improvement Program -- City of Alameda, CAlifornia,''
and being filed with the City Clerk cf the City of Alameda as of June 22, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has fully examined said Capital Improvement
Program and thereby finds that said program is in the best interests of the City of Alameda;
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Council
hereby admits and approves said Capital Improvement Program in the amount of 56,227,050,00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager of the City of Alameda and the Auditor
of said City are hereby authorized and directed to follow the precepts of said Capital Improvement
Program.
